Q: How do I check my Mega Rewards points & rewards earned?

A: After signing in to your account, your point balance is displayed at the top right of your screen under My Mega Rewards

Q: What items can I use promotion codes on?

A: All regularly priced merchandise unless stated otherwise in our coupon/ad exclusion. Please see our Exclusion list.

Q: Where is my order?

A: After you sign in to your account, at the bottom of the page you will see Order Status under Account.

Q: How do I return or exchange my order?

A: For all Return/Exchange information please see our Returns policy page.  

Q: How do I cancel or change my order?

A: Go to our Contact Us page and let us know about your issues/inquiries, or call 1-800-232-9193 Mon-Fri 9am-4pm EST.

Q: How do I place an order for a team or league?

A: Please reach out to us via our Contact Us page for all team order inquiries. We have great solutions at great prices for your team!

Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered to my home or neighborhood store?

A: Orders take 3-5 business days for shipping. Orders placed after 3 pm (EST) will be processed next business day.

Q: How is my order charged to my payment method?

A: If paying with Paypal you are charged in full upon checkout.

 If paying by credit card you will be charged at the time of shipping. If your order is sent in multiple shipments you will be charged for the merchandise in each shipment individually. The total of all charges will be equal to the total for the entire order.
