Q: How do I check my Mega Rewards points & rewards earned?

A: After signing in to your account, your point balance is displayed at the top right of your screen under My Mega Rewards Points. You can see your current, redeemed, and expired rewards from the last year by visiting your Check My Mega Rewards page in My Account. 

Your earned rewards coupons are also sent to your email after your purchase is made.

Q: What items can I use promotion codes on?

A: All regularly priced merchandise unless stated otherwise in our coupon/ad exclusion. Please see our Exclusion list. We cannot provide specific item exclusions but you are welcome to test the coupon at checkout.

Q: Where is my order?

A: After you sign in to your account, at the bottom of the page you will see Order Status under Account. There you can see your order tracking information if applicable to your order.

If your order contains items that are "Ships Direct" you may receive an email without tracking information. Some of our brands do not provide us tracking information automatically. Please Contact Us for tracking information if it has been longer than 7-10 days unless delays are stated on the product page.

Q: How do I return or exchange my order?

A: For all Return/Exchange information please see our Returns Policy page.  

Q: How do I cancel or change my order?

A: Most orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they are placed. Please Contact Us and let us know as soon as possible and we will do the most we can to accommodate your request.

Q: How do I place an order for a team or league?

A: Please reach out to us via our Contact Us page for all team order inquiries. We have great solutions at great prices for your team!

Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered to my home or neighborhood store?

A: Orders take 3-5 business days for shipping. Orders placed after 3 pm (EST) will be processed the next business day.
Ship to Store orders will not have tracking information provided. A store associate will call you when your order is ready for pick-up.
Online Only and Ships Direct items may be delayed due to shipping from the manufacturer. Please see the Shipping Info page for more information.

Q: How is my order charged to my payment method?

A: You are charged in full upon checkout.
