Return and Exchange Policy
We hope that you are excited about your order. Items purchased at OmegaSports.com may be returned either to a store or by mail, if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, we will replace it for you. If you are unsatisfied for any other reason, you may return your order for a full refund, minus the amount paid for shipping, or exchange it.
- Any defective, incorrect, or damaged item must be reported via the Contact Us form, clicking the Help button, or by calling 1-800-232-9193 within 48 hours of receipt/delivery.
- If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt in issued condition for a full refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Any fully sealed merchandise (goggles, basketballs, mouthguards, etc.) may only be returned for a refund if unopened.
- Swimwear and undergarments must be returned with original hygienic liners and all tags.
- Electronics, including but not limited to Garmin, must be returned with all original packaging.
- Any return that does not comply with the above policy may be subject to a 15% restocking fee or forfeiture of refund.
- If items are returned after 30 days your refund may be forfeit or may be returned for store credit at our sole discretion.
If you would like to exchange your item(s) you may either
1. Purchase a replacement item at OmegaSports.com and include the new order number with your original order return stating you placed an order for an exchange. If there was a coupon or special price on the original order please Contact Us or click the Help button and we can adjust the price on the new order accordingly.
2. If you would rather send the return first and wait for the exchange product we cannot guarantee availability, but we will do our best to get you the product requested. Please include the name and/or item number, color, and size of the product you wish to exchange for. If the selected item costs more than the original we will reach out to you to pay for the difference.
Final Sale Items
Final Sale means no returns or exchanges. We are unable to accept items that are purchased under our Final Sale policy back for return or exchange.
While we strive to keep all products in their original packaging this may not be the case for some Final Sale items. Rest assured that the product is authentic, new, and unused.
Returning your merchandise
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging and use a separate box or package to protect the manufacturer's packaging (example: put shoe boxes inside another box to protect it) also include your Original Receipt or Packing List. If either of those are not available please note your order number on a piece of paper and include that with your shipment.
Please include all original paperwork, parts, and accessories.
All products must be returned in issued condition, to ensure full credit.
Please allow up to 1 week after delivery for the return to be received and processed. If you are expecting a return shipment, please allow up to 2 weeks for the new package to arrive after your return is processed.
