Return and Exchange Policy
We hope that you are excited with your order. Items purchased at OmegaSports.com may be returned either to a store or by mail, if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, we will replace it for you. If you are unsatisfied for any other reason, you may return you order for a full refund, minus the amount paid for shipping, or exchange.
- Any defective, incorrect or damaged item must be reported via the Contact Us form or by calling 1-800-232-9193 within 48 hours of receipt/delivery.
- If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt in issued condition for a full refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Any fully sealed merchandise (goggles, basketballs, mouthguards, etc.) may only be returned for refund if unopened.
- Swimwear must be returned with original hygienic liners and all tags.
- Any return that does not comply with the above policy may be subject to a 15% restocking fee or forfeiture of refund.
Final Sale Items
Final Sale means no returns or exchanges. We are unable to accept items that are purchased under our Final Sale policy back for return or exchange.
While we strive to keep all product in its original packaging this may not be the case for some Final Sale items. Rest assured that the product is authentic, new, and unused.
Returning your merchandise
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging and use a separate box or package to protect the manufacturers packaging (example: put shoe boxes inside another box to protect it) also include your Original Receipt or Packing List. If either of those are not available please note your order number on a piece of paper and include that with your shipment.
Please include all original paperwork, parts, and accessories.
All products must be returned in issued condition, to ensure full credit.
Please allow 1 week for the return to be received and processed. If you are expecting a return shipment, please allow 2 weeks for the new package to arrive after your return is processed.
