POTENTIAL SHIPPING DELAYS OCCURRING ON SELECT BRANDS

THIS AFFECTS SELECT ORDERS WITH "SHIPS DIRECT" ITEMS ONLY, NOT ALL ORDERS MADE ON OMEGASPORTS.COM. 

Omega Sports is working closely with our top brands to ensure the timeliest delivery options for our customers' orders. Currently, a few brands have an approximate 7-10 day shipping delay due to COVID-19. This is not a result of your purchase with Omega Sports. These delays affect shipments from these brands no matter where you purchase. 

We are staying in constant communication with them to help expedite orders as much as we can. In cases where the order will be shipped directly from the manufacturer, we can only share the shipping information provided by the brand. 

Again, shipping delays are currently only on select Brooks, Garmin, Mizuno, New Balance, Saucony, and On Running products marked as Ships Direct. 

We appreciate your business and your patience. We're working hard to get orders to you as soon as possible by these brands.    

 

 

Where Omega Sports ships:

  • The 48 continental states
  • Alaska, Hawaii, PR, and US Territories 
  • APO/FPO addresses are eligible for package delivery by the US Postal Service
  • International
    • Some items are not available to be shipped Internationally due to vendor agreements
    • Ships Direct items are not eligible for international shipping

 

When will your order ship?

  • Orders will be processed next business day if ordered after 3pm (EST) during normal volume
  • Orders take 3-5 business days for shipping excluding Ships Direct items.
    • Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include federal holidays within the United States.
  • Larger orders will take additional time to process due to order consolidation and may be subject to additional shipping charges.
  • Expedited shipping options(2 Day Air/Next Day Air) do not include weekend delivery. IE. Orders placed after 3PM on a Friday will not be delivered until Wednesday/Tuesday respectively.

 

 

What types of shipping are offered?

  • In-Store Pickup (items will be available for pickup 1-5 business days after order is placed)

  • Standard (USPS Parcel Select - First Class/Priority when applicable) - $8
  • UPS 2nd Day Air - $35
  • UPS Next Day Air - $60
  • International - $25
    • Some items are not available to be shipped Internationally due to vendor agreements
    • Ships Direct items are not eligible for international shipping

      *Free Shipping is calculated before tax and after discounts are applied

 

 

Can I track my shipment?

  • In-Store Pickups
    • The receiving store will call the phone number listed to notify you that your order has arrived and is ready for pickup
  • USPS/UPS Shipping
    • Select “View order status” in your order confirmation email
    • OR: Select “Order Status” on the website homepage
  • Ships Direct items
    • Your item(s) will be processed and shipped by the manufacturer. When your order has been processed through our systems you will see the following message on the Order Status page. "Your item(s) is/are being processed directly from the manufacturer. Please check with Customer Service if you have not received your package in 7-10 business days" Please reach out to us after this time to obtain tracking information as the manufacturer is unable to send it via email.
    • These items are also available via special order through our retail locations
    • Please note that for most of these items, order changes and cancellations may not be able to be made prior to the item shipping out

 

Delivery Issues:

  • If you have not received your order in the 7-10 business day window, please contact us at: 1-800-232-9193
    • Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include federal holidays within the United States.
    • If we are not notified within the first 30 days of the ship date, all claims for missing items will be nullified.
  • International orders may take 10-15 business days to be delivered once shipped.
